Unlike many conveyancing businesses, Royds provides a personal service to our clients. We know that clients prefer to be able to discuss their matters with their solicitor, and we make a point of taking the time to do so. If your solicitor is unavailable, you will be able to leave a message with their assistant or secretary, and you will be called back. In the event that your solicitor is out of the office, your file will be placed with another lawyer, and you will be informed who this is.
In addition to the more regular conveyancing transactions, we are frequently asked to advise on matters that require immediate attention such as auction purchases or where contracts are required to be exchanged in an unusually short time frame. We also have considerable experience of the sale and purchase of properties with short leases, and work closely with our enfranchisement department to ensure that these matters proceed smoothly and in accordance with the often complex legislation that governs this area.
