Simon McKirgan

Simon was admitted to the Law Society in 1999. He joined the Royds Family Law Department as a Senior Associate in July 2006 and became Partner in July 2007. He has particular expertise in dealing with divorce and financial disputes, involving complex issues and high net worth clients, separation and cohabitation disputes, and private children law proceedings.
He acts regularly for both husbands and wives and his clients include professionals and entrepreneurs, as well as high profile individuals in the sports, music and entertainment industries.

Simon is a member of Resolution, an accredited member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Family Law Accreditation Scheme and is also trained as a Collaborative Lawyer.
