Patrick was admitted to the Law Society in 1993 and became a partner at Royds in 1997. He is now Head of the Family Law Department. Having graduated from Loughborough University in 1984, he went on to The College of Law to obtain his legal qualifications. He has had a passion for Family law since this time and has built up an impressive list of clients over the years.
Expertise and Clients
Patrick represents his clients in Court, doing much of his own advocacy. He deals in the areas of financial settlements and private child law and is often involved in divorce cases with significant net assets. He also deals with separation, co-habitation and enforcement proceedings. Patrick has expertise in family issues that go beyond the UK and venture into jurisdictions world-wide.
