Julian first qualified as a barrister specialising in Insolvency Law before becoming a solicitor. He now specialises in mergers and acquisitions, disposal of businesses, management buy-outs, FSA applications as well as general commercial work. He read French and German at Trinity College Cambridge and has a number of French clients.
Expertise and Clients
Julian’s clients include high street retailers, listed companies, banks as well as the UK’s only professional management company established by Royal Charter. He regularly advises on mergers between charitable companies limited by guarantee. At the time of construction of the London Eye, he advised The Millenium Wheel Company Limited both on the funding arrangement and subsequent contractual work.
