Gareth Williams
Partner and Head of the Property Department
Gareth joined the Commercial Property Department in August 2008. He was previously Head of Property at Moore Blatch in Southampton. He qualified in 1983 with Rooks Rider and subsequently worked in property teams at firms in London (Nabarros and Steggles Palmer) prior to joining Royds.
Expertise and Clients
Gareth is experienced in all aspects of commercial property and has particular expertise in options and conditional contracts, site acquisition for major house builders and local authority town centre redevelopment work.

Gareth is a member of the Law Society.
