Claus Andersen
Partner
Claus is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial department. He deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial work for corporate clients, limited companies, businesses, private individuals and trade organisations.
He was admitted to the High Courts of Denmark and the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial Court in 2003. In addition, Claus was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in February 2008 and became a partner at Royds LLP in August 2011.
Expertise and Clients
Claus has substantial experience in areas such as company law, commercial contracts and finance, with particular emphasis on shareholders agreements, distribution agreements, general commercial contracts, the Bribery Act 2010 and the Exemption rules of the FSMA (Financial Promotion) order.
Memberships
Claus is a member of the Danish Law Society.
