Lucy Tangen
Senior Associate
Lucy graduated with a French and Law degree from the University of Surrey in 1999. She qualified in 2003, training and working at a Guildford firm before joining Royds in 2005. She became a senior associate in 2008.
Expertise
Lucy specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution, including disputes in contract, property and professional negligence.
She also has expertise in estate agency law and the recovery of business transfer agency fees and acts for leading business transfer agents, Christie + Co. She also acts for the Government of Mauritius in its appeals to the Privy Council.
Memberships
Lucy is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Interests
Lucy enjoys most sports. She is a keen runner and has successfully completed the London Marathon. She also loves the ballet. Lucy enjoys reading, particularly historical fiction.
