Alison Ayre
Solicitor
Alison is a solicitor in the Property department. She joined Royds in June 2010.
Expertise and Clients
Alison advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant law and acts on sales and acquisitions. She acts for a wide variety of clients including individual investors, investment companies, businesses, charities and is developing an expertise in advising the Firm’s retail clients.
Alison graduated from Lancaster University after completing a LL.B. Hons Law degree. She then went on to do her LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2007 into the Property department at Segens Solicitors where she gained transactional and contentious property experience. She joined Royds as a solicitor in the Property department in June 2010.

Alison is a member of the Law Society.
Interests
Alison enjoys good food and wine, cooking, polo, sailing, socialising and the theatre.
