Alexandra Wilks
Solicitor
Alex graduated with an LLB Hons Law and French degree from Cardiff University before completing her LPC at the University of West of England, Bristol. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2010, having trained and worked at a firm based in Central London where she developed a keen interest in family law. Alex joined Royds in January 2011 as a solicitor in the Family Department.
Alex deals with matters relating to divorce and the financial issues arising upon a divorce. Alex also has experience of dealing with private law children matters and cohabitation and property disputes relating to unmarried couples. She has a particular interest in working on children cases.
Memberships
Alex was admitted to the Law Society in 2010.
Interests
Alex is a volunteer legal adviser for Rights of Women on their family law telephone advice line. She is a keen runner and enjoys cycling and yoga. Her other interests include travelling and exploring all that London has to offer.
