Receptionist
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a progressive City of London practice operating very close to St. Paul’s Cathedral.
We are seeking to recruit a full-time receptionist to work in our Business Services Department. Experience of working within a law firm would be beneficial but is not essential. Working as part of a team you will be co-ordinating conference rooms and organising refreshments for clients. You will also be operating a small switchboard dealing with incoming calls. Excellent oral communication skills will be required. You will also have involvement in keeping the firm’s database up-to-date so you will be required to have good keyboard skills.
If you have a confident and bubbly personality and feel that you would work well in a team this role is for you.

Marketing Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a lively City of London practice operating very close to St. Paul’s Cathedral.
We are looking for an individual who has a degree or equivalent qualification to work with the Firm on a permanent basis to assist with the implementation of a range of marketing activities as the Firm becomes more confident and active in this area.
If you have previous experience of marketing or marketing related administration it would be an advantage. The successful candidate will need excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be assisting with:

- Directory/advertising entries

- Database maintenance
- Website maintenance
