Communication
We see communication as the key to developing our people and our relationships with our clients. Our new initiatives include:
- appointing a Diversity Committee to help ensure we maintain an inclusive and supportive culture;
- creating and developing our equality and diversity monitoring regarding information about our staff and our clients;
- developing our Corporate Social Responsibility by looking at ways to reduce our impact on the enviroment;
- a Staff Committee made up of employee representatives from across the firm; and
- annual strategy presentations by the managing partner.
