Interleges International Executive Committee meets in London by John North (Corporate and Commercial)
Members of the Interleges Executive Committee came into the London offices of Royds today (30th September) for one of its quarterly meetings. We were delighted to welcome:
- Paul Keane of Reddy Charlton McKnight (Dublin, Ireland)
- Karine Rozenblum of ABCR Cabinet d’Avocats (Paris, France)
- Ulf Schelenz of Steiner & Roloff (Hamburg, Germany)
- Adelaide Leitão of Antonio Leitão e Carlos Serafim (Lisbon, Portugal)
Amongst the items discussed were plans for the next AGM and associated conference (which will be on international arbitration and the enforcement of bank guarantees) which will be held in Lisbon in May 2012.
Details of the next Interleges Award 2001 were also discussed – this will be on the subject of the enforcement of bank guarantees and details will be released over the next week or so.
Our guests were all astounded by the brilliant early Autumn weather in London with temperatures hitting 80 degrees in the City. We were pleased that Paul Keane was able to stick around and meet more of our people at our end of month drinks.
